Please read all the info below before submitting information for a tattoo appointment

To receive a tattoo please fill out the request form below in all fields. Only when this request is fully filled out and received, can a proper reply be given. A deposit is required prior to every tattoo. All inquiries will be responded to in order in which they are received.

Pricing is done by the piece, not the hour, and because every tattoo is unique and different, pricing varies upon the density of each piece.

Once a request form has been submitted and received, you will receive a detailed reply via email regarding the specifics of your piece, such as price and dates and location.  Thank you.
